To approve the refusal of a Definitive Map Modification Order under section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 to modify the Definitive Map and Statement on the basis that public rights are already recognised and have been successfully diverted over the route shown between points C to D to E on the accompany Plan referenced TCPA/037A.
