–
 

1.  
That the progress that has been made in applying to the Football
Foundations Home Advantage Programme be noted.
 

2.  
That the proposed fees and charges for 2025/26, as set out in
Appendix A, be approved.
 

3.  
That authority be delegated to the Service Director for Leisure,
Culture and Community Wellbeing, with the Cabinet Member for Health
and wellbeing, to apply appropriate fees for new activities and
opportunities that are introduced during the period covered by the
report.
 
REASONS FOR
DECISIONS
 

1.  
To recognise the positive impact that working with local clubs
through the Home Advantage Programme will have on the Councils
Medium Term Financial Plan, and football club sustainability and
development locally.
 

2.  
To comply with the Council’s Budget Strategy for recovering
fees and charges to contribute to the costs of service
delivery.
