*RESOLVED

 

1.  
That the proposed fees and charges for the financial year 2026/27,
as set out in Appendix A to the officer’s report, be approved
for implementation from 1 April 2026.
 

2.  
That authority be delegated to the Director of Leisure, Culture and
Community Wellbeing, in consultation with the appropriate Cabinet
Member, to apply appropriate fees and charges to new activities
that are introduced during the period covered by the report.
 

3.  
That authority be delegated to the Director of Leisure, Culture and
Community Wellbeing in consultation with the appropriate Cabinet
Member, to make changes to the approved fees and charges, if
required to stimulate usage, support the retention of customers,
develop income and /or to respond to external forces.
 
REASON FOR
DECISIONS
 
To comply with the Council’s Budget
Strategy for recovering fees and charges to contribute to the costs
of service delivery.
