*RESOLVED

 

1.  
That the ICT and Digital Strategy be endorsed.
 
That it be recommended to Full Council;
 

2.  
That the ICT and Digital Strategy be formally adopted.
 

3.  
That authority be delegated to the Director of
Digital, HR and Customer Services, in consultation with the Cabinet
Member for Customers and Business Transformation and Head of
Digital and Technology, to oversee delivery and monitoring of the
strategy.
 

4.  
That the funding arrangements which support the
implementation of the strategy, as set out in the Council’s
MTFP and section 6 of the officer’s report be
noted.
 
REASON FOR
DECISIONS
 
The recommendations are made to ensure the
Council continues to modernise its services, strengthen
organisational resilience and meet the changing expectations of
residents, businesses and staff. 
Adoption of the strategy formalises the commitment to deliver
