That it be recommended to Full Council:
 

1.  
That the forecast outturn for the Housing Revenue Account for the
current financial year, 2025/26, be noted.
 

2.  
That the draft estimates for the Housing Revenue Account for
2026/27 and future financial years be approved.
 
REASONS FOR
DECISIONS
 

1.  
To provide an updated assessment of the
Council’s Housing Revenue Account forecast outturn for the
financial year 2025/26 and report on the progress made with
addressing a number of financial challenges facing the
Council’s Housing Service.
 

2.  
To present a balanced Housing Revenue Account for
the financial year 2026/27 for recommendation to
Council.
