That Cabinet Member approves acceptance of the
recommended offer, as outlined in the main body of the report in
order to instruct Legal Services to transact a sale of the
land.  
 
1.2      To authorise the Service
Director – Economic Growth to agree any  further amendments to the sale
transaction
