Resolved –
 
1.1        
To approve a sale by auction of eight garage sites
managed by Housing Services, albeit let to private individuals and
therefore outside of the operational housing asset
portfolio.  The sale will alleviate
resourcing pressures to focus attention on core service area
demands.  
 
1.2        
To note that the Cabinet Member for Housing and the
Service Director – Housing have been consulted on the
proposals and support the recommendations to dispose of these
sites.
 
1.3        
To authorise the Service Director – Economic
Growth to agree any further amendments to the transactions, in line
with paragraphs 4.9 and 4.10.
