Purpose

To finalise the transfer documentation for the
sale, by lease transfer, of Tapton House, which has been vacant
since September 2018. This will enable the sale to progress to
exchange of contracts and the submission of the planning
application.

Delegated decision –
To approve the final amendments to the transfer documentation for
the sale of Tapton House on a 999-year ground lease to Stone Castle
Enterprise Ltd based on the heads of terms agreed and draft legal
documentation prepared, in order to progress to exchange of
contracts.
