1.
That the charges for
pre-application advice by the Planning Service, as set out in
Appendix A, be introduced from 1st September
2023.
2.
That data on pre-application
submissions be collected to assist in a 6 monthly assessment and
review of the charging schedule fees.
REASON FOR DECISIONS
To secure the recovery of costs associated with provision of pre
application advice in accordance with Section 93 of the Local
Government Act 2003. This will assist the Council in meeting its
budgetary requirements and provide a formal process to pre
application planning advice.
