*RESOLVED

 

1.  
That the refreshed Skills Action Plan 2023-2027 be approved.
 

2.  
That the proposed appointment of a new fixed term post to support
the delivery of the UKSPF Skills Brokerage Project be approved.
 

3.  
That the Service Director - Economic
Growth, in consultation the Service Director – Finance, be
authorised to finalise arrangements in respect of the procurement
for commissioned activity contained within the Skills Action
Plan.
 

4.  
That authority be delegated to the Service Director
- Economic Growth, in consultation with the Leader and Cabinet
Member for Economic Growth, to make minor amendments to the final
version of the Skills Action Plan prior to publication.
 
REASONS FOR DECISIONS
 

1.  
To secure the adoption of the Skills
Action Plan (2023-2027).
 

2.  
To ensure the successful delivery of
activity within Skills Action Plan (2023-2027), including the
People and Skills Investment Priority of the Chesterfield UKSPF
Investment Plan.
