*RESOLVED –
1.
That the undertaking of a
‘Regulation 18’ consultation in respect of the review
of the Local Plan be approved.
2.
That authority be delegated to the Service Director
- Economic Growth, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for
Climate Change, Planning, and Environment, to finalise materials
and arrangements for consultattion.
REASONS FOR DECISIONS
1.
To progress the review of the Local Plan as required
under Regulation 18 of The Town and Country Planning (Local
Planning) (England) Regulations 2012.
2.
To enable a flexible approach to consultation that
can respond to emerging issues and changes to Planning Policy and
legislation.
