*RESOLVED –
 

1.  
That the revised Corporate Complaints
Policy, attached to the officer’s report at Appendix A, be
approved.
 

2.  
That the changes which will be made
to complaints administration processes, enabling the Housing
Strategy and Engagement team to easily report on social housing
related complaints in line with regulatory requirements, be
noted.
 
REASON FOR RECOMMENDATIONS
 
The revised Corporate Complaints policy and administration processes will
ensure that the Council can remain compliant with the new Housing
Ombudsman Regulations.
