1.  
That the Housing Service Reasonable Adjustments
Policy, attached at Appendix 1 of the officer’s report, be
approved.
 

2.  
That authority be delegated to the Service Director
– Housing, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for
Housing, to approve minor amendments to the Housing Service
Reasonable Adjustments Policy in between formal review
periods.
 
REASONS FOR
DECISIONS
 

1.  
The adoption of the Housing Service Reasonable
Adjustments Policy will ensure that the Housing Service has a
clear, consistent policy to support tenants requiring adjustments,
to ensure they can receive the full range of our
services.
 

2.  
The Housing Service Reasonable Adjustments Policy
will ensure that the Council is compliant with the Regulator of
Social Housing (RSH) Consumer Standards.
