Executive Directors Disciplinary Committee

The Executive Directors Disciplinary Committee hears appeals from Executive Directors and Divisional Managers regarding disciplinary actions, including dismissals. It reports directly to the Full Council. The committee is advised by the Monitoring Officer and a senior Personnel officer. If the committee upholds a dismissal, it recommends this decision to the Full Council.
