RESOLVED
 
1.   
That Cabinet approves changes to the Grants and
Concessions Policy shown in appendices 1, 2 & 3, with effect
from 1 April 2025.
2.   
That Cabinet gives delegation to the Divisional
Manager for Communities, in consultation with the Cabinet Member
for Communities and Wellbeing, to revert or amend the policy
changes in light of grants budget allocation for future
years.
