Purpose

The approval of a new Community Asset Transfer
policy that seeks to ensure that potential asset transfers support
the delivery of local services, empower communities, and ensure
those assets are maintained and used efficiently whilst meeting the
Council's obligations to ensure financial sustainability and public
benefit.
