RESOLVED
 
That
Cabinet:
 
a)   
agree a policy for this site that stipulates any
residential development is limited to affordable housing only, with
the evidence for this as set out in Appendix 1 to the report;
and
b)   
agree the site is marketed for freehold disposal
as set out in Section 4 of the report, with bids to be invited for
mixed commercial and residential development, with the residential
element to comprise 100% affordable housing.
