RESOLVED
 
1.   
That Cabinet approves the allocation of
£83,552.50 S106 Community Facilities monies, plus interest
accrued to the date of release, as detailed in Section 5 of the
report.
2.   
That Cabinet delegates to the Divisional Manager,
in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Communities and
Wellbeing, the release of monies.
