*RECOMMENDED TO COUNCIL
 
That
following recommendation from the Joint Employee Consultative Panel
Cabinet agrees the LGPS Pensions and Early Termination of
Employment Discretions Policy is changed as set out in paragraph 5
and Appendix 1 and Cabinet recommends this change to
Council.
