COUNCIL

 
1.   
Cabinet recommends to Council to approve the
release of £665,200 from the General Fund Reserve to fund the
programme of works required to the Council’s built assets, as
set out in appendix one.
 
RESOLVED

2.   
That Cabinet agree to the release of the Asset
Replacement Programme (ARP) funds, as approved under the
Council’s 5-year financial plan, as set out at Appendix 2 and
further agree to an additional £114,400 to be released from
reserves.
3.   
That Cabinet delegates authority to the Director
of Growth and Place, following consultation with Cabinet Member for
Regeneration and Property and the Cabinet Member for Finance,
Corporate Services and Chichester Contract Services, to approve the
appointment of contractors to deliver the works, following the
requisite procurement processes.
