RESOLVED
 
That
Cabinet approves:
 
a)   
Revenue budget growth in 2025/26 of £43,000
funded from General Fund reserves for one additional 1fte Building
Control Officer post, one 0.6fte Technical Administration Officer
post and 0.2 FTE addition to the Administration Team Leader post
and;
b)   
Base budget growth for 2026/27 onwards of
£38,000 pa for the 1fte Building Control Officer post and the
administration resource consisting of 0.6fte Technical
Administration Officer post and grade uplift for 2fte
Administration Officer posts.
