RESOLVED
 
That
Cabinet approves:
 
1.   
The creation of two new posts in the Property
& Growth Division Growth as set out in this report and at
Appendix 1, at a cost of £74,200 for 2025/26 and thereafter
an annual cost of £127,300 and to add these posts to the base
staffing budget.
2.   
In the event that recruitment is not successful
to these two posts, to approve an alternative one off budget of up
to £228,800 funded from General Fund Reserves for the
appointment of interim resource as set out in Appendix
1.
