RESOLVED

 

That Cabinet agrees that:

 

1.   
The council enters into the Sussex North Water
Certification Scheme (SWCWS) proposed consortium agreement in
respect of water neutrality; and

2.   
Authorises the Director of Planning and
Environment, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Planning,
to negotiate and agree the final wording of the consortium
agreement and then complete the agreement.
