Purpose

Repairs to a CDC owned coastal defence are
required due to voids in the structure. This report seeks funding
for the repair works

RESOLVED
 
1.   
That Cabinet approves funding of £60,000
from General Fund Reserves for the repair of the seawall at Sea
Grove.
2.   
That the Director of Planning and Environment be
authorised to procure and award contracts for work in accordance
with recommendation 1.2 and the Council’s Contract Standing
Orders.
