Purpose

Recommendation to extend funding contribution
to Stonepillow towards the delivery of The Day Hub (drop in service
for rough sleepers and vulnerably housed), from 1st April 2026, for
up to four years.

RESOLVED
 
That
Cabinet approve:
 
1.2 A
grant of £45,000 per annum plus inflation is offered to
Stonepillow for four years commencing April 2026, subject to
agreeing terms of the Funding Agreement.
 
1.3 The
Divisional Manager for Communities and Customer Services, following
consultation with the Cabinet Member for Communities and Wellbeing,
is given delegated authority to agree the terms of the Funding
Agreement.
 
1.4 The
Grants and Concessions Panel is asked to maintain annual monitoring
of the agreement, and recommend the release of funding as
appropriate to the Divisional Manager for Communities and Customer
Services.
