To approve the preferred contractor for the
future Leisure and Active Wellbeing Contract to commence 1st May
2026.

RESOLVED
 
Cabinet approve:
 

1.   
That following Full Council’s approval to release the
capital funding for the Leisure and Active Wellbeing Contract, that
contractor A as indicated in the Part 2 appendix is approved as the
preferred contractor.

2.   
That following the standstill period, the Director of Growth and
Place, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Culture, Sport
and Place is given delegation to complete the contract with
Contractor A and is able to agree any non-material amendments to
this contract.
