RECOMMENDATION TO
COUNCIL
 
That Cabinet
recommend to Council:
 

a)   
£500,000 be awarded to Hyde Housing to deliver 15 Social
Rent homes at the Rural Exception site currently known as Crooked
Lane Birdham to be funded by £41,000 from Commuted Sums and
£459,000 from the Rural Housing Fund.

b)   
That Hyde commit to undertake that no loss of rural homes will
result from any internal transfers into the new homes.

c)   
That payment of the grant is delegated to the Director of
Housing and Communities, following consultation with the Cabinet
Member for Housing, Revenues and Benefits.
