That
the PID for Tower Street Public Conveniences (appended to the
agenda report) in order to refurbish the facilities, create a new
disabled facility and resolve the drainage issues be
approved.
 
RECOMMENDED
TO THE COUNCIL
 
That
the Council approves an additional budget allocation of
£65,000 from Reserves to supplement the existing Asset
Replacement Programme budget of £80,000 for the
project.
