Purpose

Members will be asked to consider a proposed
addendum to the Hire of Land policy to cover car parks in the
district.

RESOLVED
 
That the Addendum to the Council’s existing
Events Policy, as attached at Appendix 1, be approved to provide
further guidance for use of car parks for events and
activities.
