To make the West Wittering Neighbourhood
Development Plan part of the Development Plan for Chichester
District

The report will recommend, subject to a successful referendum to be
held on 22 November 2023, that Cabinet recommends that Council
makes the West Wittering Neighbourhood Development Plan.

That Cabinet recommends to Council that subject to a
successful referendum result to:

Make the West Wittering Neighbourhood Development Plan part of the
Development Plan for Chichester District (excluding the area within
the South Downs National Park).
