Purpose

The Councils Supplementary Planning Document
(SPD) requires updating to reflect the evidenced new mitigation
required for development to continue. The report to Cabinet is to
seek approval to undertake a statutory 6 week consultation on this
draft amended SPD.

RESOLVED
 
That Cabinet approves the draft A27 Chichester Bypass
Mitigation Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) for public
consultation for a period of six weeks to commence prior to 23
September 2023.
