Purpose

To consider and approve the new framework that
aims to link the allocation of Council resources more closely to
its strategic priorities.

RESOLVED
 
1.   
That the Cabinet approve the new framework
included in Appendix 1 to support the annual budget
process.
2.   
That the Cabinet delegate authority for future
amendments to the framework to the Director of Corporate Services
following consultation with the Cabinet Member for Finance,
Corporate Services and CCS.
