Purpose

Tangmere PC seek the allocation of S106
Community Facilities monies for the improvement of car parking
facilities at the Tangmere Village Centre.

*RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL
 
That Cabinet recommends to the Council the release of
up to £312,253.03 Section 106 Community Facilities monies,
plus interest accrued to the date of release, to Tangmere Parish
Council for improvements to the car park at the Tangmere Village
Centre.
 
RESOLVED
 
That Cabinet delegate the approval to spend any
balance of interest to the Divisional Manager for Communities and
Customer Services in consultation with the Cabinet Member for
Communities and Wellbeing.
