*RESOLUTION AND
RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL:
 

1.   
That Cabinet recommend to
Council the use of up to £135,000 from reserves to purchase
of a Microphone System upgrade for the Committee and meeting
function.

2.   
That Cabinet authorise the
Democratic Services Manager in consultation with the Cabinet Member
for Support Services to undertake a tender exercise to select the
preferred upgrade provider.
