RESOLVED:
 
That
Cabinet:
 
a)   
Approves the creation of a permanent Landscape
Officer post with the same job profile as the existing fixed term
Landscape Officer post effective from 1 February 2025;
and
b)   
Approves that the post is included in the base
budget for 2025/26 onwards (resulting in an additional annual spend
of £40,237).
 
Nutrient Neutrality – Inter-Authority
Agreement
 
RESOLVED:
 
That Cabinet approves:
 
     
i.        
The Council entering into the proposed
Inter Authority Agreement in respect of nutrient mitigation;
and
   
ii.        
Authorises the Director of Planning
and Environment, in consultation with the Council’s Section
151 Officer and the Cabinet Member for Planning to negotiate and
agree any minor non-material amendments which are acceptable to the
Authority and then complete the Agreement.
