RESOLVED:
 
Cabinet
approve the recommendations as set out in the Leisure Procurement
Strategy, appendix one, summarised in section 5 of this
report.
 
*RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL:
 
Cabinet
recommends to Council to set aside £8 million from council
reserves for refurbishment and investment into the leisure centres
with the investment tested through the procurement process. Further
reports will be brought to Cabinet and Council before the funds are
committed.
