The purpose of this Panel is to meet quarterly to consider good performance as well as highlighting areas of underperformance in the following areas: (a) Corporate Strategy (b) Chorley Partnership (c) Directorate Business Plans. The Panel regularly invites Executive Members to attend and answer questions on their particular areas of responsibility.
