To adopt the Contract Procedure Rules (Appendix 1 attached), to be
implemented on the same date that the Procurement Act 2023 goes
live.
2.        
To grant delegated authority to the Director of Governance/Head of
Legal & Procurement to update any minor changes to the Contract
Procedure Rules, if any subsequent changes are identified.
