That outline planning permission be granted subject
to conditions and a S106 agreement to secure financial
contributions of up to £195,325 towards public open space and
up to 20 affordable dwellings.
2.     
That authority be delegated to the Head of Planning
and Enforcement to agree the final wording of planning
conditions.
