To approve the contract award to John Wade
Groundworks Ltd T/A Wade Group to undertake the construction of the
Arley Street car park
project.
 

2.   
To approve an additional client contingency to
accommodate any unforeseen costs that may arise during the
construction period.
 

3.   
To approve the waiver of the requirement to include
social value criteria in the tender response.
 

4.   
To authorise the Director of Planning and Property
to complete the necessary legal formalities under a NEC 4 Short
Engineering & Construction Contract Option B.
