To agree that the council proceed with the
procurement of election and electoral services print by way of open
tender for a period of up to three years with the option to extend
for a period of up to a further two years.

2.     
To delegate the contract award to the Executive
Member for Resources via an Executive Member Decision to the
successful bidder.
