1.     
To approve the method of disposing a portion of the
land at Southport Road for housing development via an informal
tender process.

2.     
To note a further Executive Cabinet report will be
presented to recommend a preferred bidder for the site
disposal.

3.     
To note that the Council will retain ownership of
the remaining eastern development parcel (approximately 2.4 acres),
which is designated for future education and employment use.
Further feasibility work will be undertaken for this parcel, with
the findings to be presented in a future report to Executive
Cabinet for consideration.
