1.     
To approve the high value tender evaluation criteria
for Westway Active Track, Astley Park Playing Fields and Astley
Park Play Area.
2.     
To agree the delegation to Executive Member for
Planning and Development to award the high value procurement
contracts to the value of up to £450k for Westway Active
Track, £300k for Astley Play Area and £500k for Astley
Park Playing Field.
3.     
To note that the Director of Property and Planning
has authority to award the intermediate value quotations sought for
Plock Wood.
