To approve the Chorley HMO Action Plan 2025 as set
out in Appendix one.
2.     
To endorse the shift from a reactive to a proactive
approach in identifying and regulating HMOs.
3.     
To support the use of external funding to enhance
inspection and enforcement capacity in the Environmental Health
Team.
4.     
To approve the preparation of a consultation and
evidence gathering for an Article 4 Direction.
