Planning permission granted, subject to conditions
and a s106 legal agreement to secure financial contributions in
respect of Public Open Space, a scheme of affordable housing
provision and the provision of biodiversity net gain and
monitoring.

2.     
That authority be delegated to the Head of Planning
and Enforcement, in agreement with the Chair, to agree the final
wording of planning conditions.
