Reasons for recommendations

1.     
The schemes are identified in the adopted Open Space
Sports and Recreation Strategy (OSSR) as sites scored as low
quality and high priority thereby requiring investment or the site
have deteriorated and following reassessment now score low quality
and require improvement. 

2.     
These schemes must be procured in accordance with
the Councils Contract Procedure rules.

improvement in the adopted 2020 – 2036 Open Space Sports and
Recreation Strategy.
