1.     
To accept all relevant external funding from
Lancashire County Council (LCC) to enable the Council to deliver
Minor Adaptations in Chorley from 1st April 2026 to 31st December
2026.

2.     
That the council proceed with the joint procurement
of the delivery of a Minor Aids and Adaptations service by way of
open tender for a period of up to three years including break
clauses after 9 months, and annually thereafter.

3.     
To delegate the contract award to the Executive
Member for Homes and Housing via an Executive Member Decision to
the successful bidder.
