1.     
To appoint Bullens Conservation Ltd under a JCT
Minor Works Building Contract at a contract value of
£394,117.61 (exclusive of VAT), £472,941.13 (inclusive
of VAT) and secure approval to proceed to the construction phase of
the Astley Hall West Wing renovation scheme.

2.     
To approve an increase in an existing capital scheme
project to the value of £155,000 (including 10% contingency
totalling £40k).

3.     
To formalise the contract award.
