1.     
To approve a maximum spend of £1m for new end
user devices for all Council staff and members across both Chorley
Council and South Ribble Borough Council, which will be a 50:50
ratio across the two Councils, via a joint procurement route with
Chorley Council as the lead authority.

2.     
To approve the direct contract award for Dell
devices to be supplied by Dell Technologies via direct award
through the NHS SBS Tech Devices – Link 4
Framework.

3.     
To approve the direct contract award for iPads,
iPhones and accessories via direct award to HybrIT, also through
the NHS SBS Tech Devices – Link 4 Framework.
