Decision Taken

To approve the procurement to be undertaken using
‘The Chest’ procurement portal with an evaluation
weighting as described at paragraph 4 of the report.
Reasons for Decision
 
The refurbishment programme is
currently in progress for the Market Walk Office space and is
expected to be completed in February 2026. There is a requirement
for furniture, with this report seeking approval of the procurement
route to allow for the tender exercise to commence.
 
Alternative options considered and rejected
 
An alternative method was
considered and rejected for the reasons outlined in the
report.
